Description
This was City of Medford’s first trial project using FORTA-FI®. They have challenging pavement distresses and have been using fiberglass interlayers to help mitigate their severe cracking problems. They believe that FORTA-FI® will significantly improve the condition of their pavements over the long term and wanted to see how it worked into their current practices. The city did their own mixing and used their own paving crew. They were very pleased with how it went and plan to use it more consistently in their upcoming overlays.
