Description

Grove City did their second project this summer. 400 tons of FORTAfied® asphalt made by Shields Asphalt Paving was placed on Madison Avenue, adjacent to Grove City College. The city is continuing their efforts to study the lasting effects and long-term cost savings of using high tensile strength fiber reinforced asphalt to control reflective, thermal and alligator cracking.
