An old street with asphalt over brick running right through the center of town? Not a problem for FORTA-FI®. Park Avenue in Meadville, PA was paved in 2014 by McCormick Construction. Their Erie, PA batch plant produced 6,200 tons of FORTAfied® WMA asphalt which was placed 1 1/2” thick.
